When I was younger, I moved a lot. Elementary and Middle school days it was every 6 months. I learned to self sooth and establish an inner dialog. I was also born with cleft pallet which created hearing issues at the time, which only amplified my inner world. Read more>>

I started working at my high school after school when I was 16 years old. I worked a lot of different jobs as my husband was in the military and lived in Washington DC for a year.
