Story & Lesson Highlights with CEO Babes

We’re looking forward to introducing you to CEO Babes. Check out our conversation below.

Hi CEO, thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: Have any recent moments made you laugh or feel proud?
Honestly, one of the moments that really made me proud was when the CEO Babes volunteered with Single Moms KC to help create a boutique for single mothers in need. Just seeing everyone come together, giving their time and energy to help other women feel seen and supported that really filled my heart. It was a reminder of what sisterhood and community are all about.”

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Sharron Rogers, and I’m the founder of CEO Babes — where CEO stands for Crushing Every Opportunity and Babes represents Beauty, Brains, and Embodied. I created this organization to bring together professional and entrepreneurial women who are passionate about giving back, supporting one another, and creating impact in their communities.
Through CEO Babes, we focus on mentorship, helping upcoming entrepreneurs, and encouraging young women to embrace their feminine energy while learning the power of collaboration. We also take pride in our philanthropy work and social gatherings that strengthen our sisterhood.
I founded CEO Babes in 2023 in Tampa, and since then, we’ve expanded with a chapter in Kansas City. I’m extremely proud of how far we’ve come and excited about the continued growth and opportunities to empower more women everywhere.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
“A moment that really shaped how I see the world was when I realized the power of women supporting women. I’ve been through seasons where I had to figure everything out on my own, and once I started connecting with like-minded women who wanted to see each other win, it completely changed my perspective. It showed me that collaboration, not competition, is what truly builds success. That’s one of the main reasons I created CEO Babes to build a space where women can pour into each other, grow together, and make real change in our communities.”

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, absolutely. In 2020, I hit rock bottom — I lost everything: friendships, money, and assets. It was one of the hardest seasons of my life, and there were moments I honestly thought about giving up. But instead, I chose to persevere. I used the knowledge and resources that others had once poured into me to rebuild and bounce back stronger than ever. That experience taught me resilience and the importance of paying it forward. It’s exactly why I’m so passionate about pouring my knowledge and resources into others now because I know what it’s like to have to start over and still find the strength to rise.”

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Whom do you admire for their character, not their power?
“I really admire women who lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose — the ones who stay true to who they are no matter what room they walk into. For me, it’s not about titles or power; it’s about character. I admire everyday women who push through challenges with grace, who show up for others even when they’re going through their own storms. Those are the women who inspire me the ones who lead from the heart, not the ego. That’s the kind of energy I try to bring into CEO Babes and everything I do.”

Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. What do you understand deeply that most people don’t?
“Something I understand deeply that most people don’t is the importance of being an asset, not a liability in business, relationships, and life. Being an asset means adding value wherever you go, showing up with solutions, and being dependable. Too often, people focus on what they can gain instead of what they can contribute. I’ve learned that when you focus on being an asset to your team, your community, and your circle opportunities naturally follow. That mindset has shaped how I move in business and why I encourage others to pour into themselves so they can pour into others.”
