Rising Stars: Meet Tristan Miller

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tristan Miller.

Hi Tristan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am the founder of TMiller Real Estate. I created TMiller Real Estate in April of 2019 after working with one of top real estate teams in Kansas City. My partner LaRenn DiPede and I made the switch to join Keller Williams, Key Partners out of Prairie Village to expand our business and to create our own brand and it’s one of the best decisions we ever made.

Licensed in Kansas and Missouri, we are very active throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area and specialize in seller and buyer’s representation, residential, suburban, new construction sales, first-time homebuying, and relocation. We use our extensive knowledge of social media marketing to aggressively market our listings, target prospective buyers, and understand the art of negotiating to advocate for our clients the best way we can.

As a newer Realtor® in this competitive Kansas City real estate market, I’ve helped over 88 happy families, sold over $24 million in volume and was recently recognized as a five-start real estate agent award winner, which recognizes the top 2% of agents in the Kansas City Metro who provide quality service to their clients. I provide this five-star quality service to my clients with the help of my partner and the Creative Director of TMiller Real Estate, LaRenn DiPede. LaRenn is a seasoned marketing specialist and provides exceptional client management to all our valued clients.

Partners in life and in real estate, LaRenn and I are striving to create the best life possible for ourselves and our family through the power of real estate. Building a business from the ground up has its fair share of obstacles, but with the resources provided by Keller Williams and a lot of hard work and dedication, we are building a legacy to be proud of and we can’t wait to see what we accomplish next!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Becoming a Realtor® and building my own brand has been difficult but worth the struggle. Whenever you do anything entrepreneurial, there’s always moments where doubt creeps in and the stress overtakes you, but at the end of the day, being my own boss and having the ultimate control of my success is all I ever wanted out of my life. In this business, you get out what you put into it. So as long as I continue to work smarter than any person in the room, I think I’ll come out okay.
