Today we’d like to introduce you to Marcus Foster.

Hi Marcus, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello my name is Marcus Foster Sr. I graduated from Elmar Barber college on 12th,Brooklyn class of 1996-1997. I started my barber profession at the House of Voge barber shop. In 1997 I transition to a new location in Overland Park kansas called ‘In the image of Barber and beauty salon’ under Cheryl and Myron Nevels ownership until 2010. Mr Nevels gifted or gave me full ownership of the business at no coast.. I have recently updated the name to Perfect Image image Barbershop and relocated to 8600 West 95th st suite 100 Overland Park kansas 66212 for the last sixteen years in the Tanqry Professional building. Where we provide a wide variety of styles and hair grooming services for gentlemen and females/ male and female haircuts services for the Johnson County diverse and international community.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There’s always challenges with having a good staff that can cater to all type of clientele

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a Barber that have been servicing Johnson County for the last 25 plus years, with different styles of haircuts and clients from all over the world, I believe we’re set apart, because at this Barbershop we have a international diverse Clientele from all over the world and states.
