Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Albright.
Hi Jeff, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was raised to believe that what the mind can believe, the mind can achieve. My first career was in sales, and it allowed me to recognize how much I love getting to know people and understanding their needs.
Holistic, strategic, and unbiased, I have utilized my 30-plus years in the investment management arena (my second career) allowing me to bring a strong relationship-building skillset with an entrepreneurial drive to help understand the priorities of my clients.
I have always had a passion for homes of various architectural styles and designs, and after purchasing renovating, and selling my own homes, I decided to help others do the same and became licensed in three states (my current career) to do just that.
I have lived in the Kansas City area for over 23 years, in several locations, and have a great understanding of the amazing areas in newly established communities as well as the beautiful historic neighborhoods in the KC metro on both sides of the state line.
My focus with clients is to remove the transactional side of the process and embrace and share a more holistic process to help them accomplish their goals. Whatever the outcome may be, developing relationships is my success.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Being stubborn, and thinking I knew it all created many struggles, all of which I learned from and grew.
I tried college and thought it was boring and it took too much time.
I was more interested in getting right into the workplace, so, therefore, all I have learned has been from my true experience in the various environments I have worked.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I have the true pleasure of meeting people from all over, getting to know them, and telling them what I can do to help them.
I specialize in locating homes based on their needs and helping them see the vision to make it theirs. I am most proud when I see and feel the reactions when clients step into their new homes.
I think that my strength in empathy really sets me aside from the typical transactional-based sales approach.

I am not afraid to say no and I am always happy to express my honest opinion.
