Hi Falon, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Falon. I covered my dad’s business and his passing in March 2018. He started Enviro-Duct in 1994 and was the sole operator until then. I grew up helping him clean and organize his work truck with my siblings, and he even took us on jobs when we were younger. His reputation was flawless, as he always put his customers 1st! I never thought I would have to take over for him, but sometimes things happen as they should. It was tough when we first took over, as everything was outdated and needed repairs. It has been an amazing journey revamping everything and turning this into the business it is today! He’s proud that we kept his legacy and made it a successful and trusted name in the industry. We will remain transparent with our clients and provide professional services around the KC Metro Areas.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The 1st year was the hardest since we had to upgrade all the equipment and get a work truck and trailer to replace the box truck he had used for 24 years. Once that was all figured out, things got much smoother. We still need help sometimes since this is a tough industry full of bait-and-switch scammers. A lot of these scammers even claim our business name. We continue to do what we do best and educate our community as much as possible about choosing the right duct cleaner and how to spot a scam.

We offer complete duct cleaning for residential homes, dryer vent, and post-construction cleaning. We have an A+ Rating with the BBB and over 150 – 5 star reviews! I am so proud of the attention to detail we put into the cleanings and being completely transparent with our clients. We can’t always properly do a cleaning; as hard as that is on us, we want to do what’s best for our customers. Many people don’t understand the duct cleaning process and what it should entail and can easily be taken advantage of by these bait-and-switch scams. We will never do a job to have a payday. Duct cleaning has many benefits when done correctly, and I take pride in ensuring we leave our clients with Peace of mind and improved air quality.

Josie, my fiance and business partner, is incredible. He should get all of the credit! He can do these jobs on his own; I can’t. This business wouldn’t be where it is today without his hard work, dedication, and ability to work with me for the past 5 years! Our family and friends who supported us from day 1 are the best! Pricing:
- Total duct cleaning prices vary per home based on square footage and other factors. We always offer free quotes, and we also run specials quite often.
- Dryer vent cleaning is $125-$175
- Post-construction cleans are typically priced at .25-.35 cents a square foot. Sometimes I offer hourly rates; it just depends on the situation.
