Rising Stars: Meet Brianna Langley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brianna Langley.  

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up watching my mom run her own hair salon, which I loved. But I knew nursing was my calling, just wasn’t sure which area! I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences. I started out as an Oncology Nurse working nights, and over the years, I worked as a urology and PACU nurse as well. I realized this wasn’t my passion, so I got certified to do Botox & Filler. 

In 2018 I opened ReNew as I was still working at the hospital. Over the next few years, I slowly built my business, and in February of 2022, I was able to do my passion full-time, which is helping my clients feel their best selves! 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Just like anything, growing a business has its ups and downs. It took a lot of experience to really master my skills, as well. It also took a solid 2 years to really build my clientele. I was working full time at the hospital, then every weekend trying to build my business. It took a lot of time, effort, and support to get where I’m at but I wouldn’t change a thing. 

Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am an aesthetic nurse injector. I also run everything behind the scenes. Which includes ordering all products and making appointments. As a nurse injector, I inject neurotoxins and dermal filler. I also offer medical-grade skincare, the DiamondGlow facial, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. I am proud that I help women and men feel their best version of themselves. I always like to compare aesthetics to working out. We workout to get our body looking/feeling good. So why not take care of our face with skincare, Botox, and facials?! I am a one-woman team, so I really pride myself on all of my work. I give 110% to each client. Each client means a lot to me and has a huge impact on my raising my family. 

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Good things don’t come easy and just to work hard. If you want to have a good life with a successful career and emotional satisfaction, you have to work hard. Luck can take you only so far, and the rest is entirely up to you, the amount of effort you put in every day, and the ability to learn from your mistakes. I put in a lot of long hours, late nights, and research. I wouldn’t change a thing, and feel truly blessed to be able to do what I love every day.
