Nikita Razo shared their story and experiences with us recently and you can find our conversation below.
Nikita, so good to connect and we’re excited to share your story and insights with our audience. There’s a ton to learn from your story, but let’s start with a warm up before we get into the heart of the interview. What do the first 90 minutes of your day look like?
The first 90 minutes of my day consist of hitting the gym, making sure my kids have everything they need for school that day, and then dropping them off. That actually ends up being the first, like, 3 hours in reality, but I took out all the filler/commute time. Haha! That gym time is a very important part of my day in setting me up for success. It allows me, first of all, some me time, but also time to clear my head and let go of any stress I was holding on to from the day before. Its my sanity saver lol.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Well, I’m the founder and sparkle specialist behind Pink Pixie Marketing. I help small business entrepreneurs who want to grow their business but over the lie that is “hustle culture” and ready to bring in help to achieve their goals!
I’ve built and branded multiple businesses from scratch and I’m also a mom of 2 very busy soccer athletes, so when I say I get the overwhelm, the burnout, and the late-night spirals, I mean it with my whole heart.
I don’t do cookie-cutter templates for my clients. I create bold brands, high-converting content, and marketing strategies that work without making you feel like you’re running two full-time jobs. Right now, I’m especially focused on helping entrepreneurs upgrade their digital presence, from branding and websites to content strategy and Facebook ads.
Okay, so here’s a deep one: What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
Honestly? Running three businesses at once while raising two kids and trying not to completely lose my mind. That was the stretch of time that almost killed me and forced me to reevaluate everything.
I realized that hustle culture had me believing that burnout was just part of success, and that if I wasn’t doing it all myself, I wasn’t doing enough.
But IT’S ALL LIES.
That season shaped how I see business, boundaries, and the bullsh*t people are fed about how to “show up” as a business owner. It taught me that smart strategy beats scattered effort every time. You CAN build a brand without breaking yourself. And outsourced support of any kind isn’t a luxury, it’s a lifeline.
That clarity is now what fuels me as a mom and business owner.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
I’d tell her, “You’re not too much, you’re just surrounded by people playing small who expect YOU to play small too.”
There’s a fire in you full of big ideas, bold opinions, and the need to do it your way. That’s your superpower. And one day, that same intensity they tried to dim will be the exact thing that builds your empire.
Keep going. Even when it feels messy. Even when you’re doubting everything. The version of you on the other side is so damn proud of how far you’ve come.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. Is the public version of you the real you?
Absolutely. What you see is what you get!
I’m not here to perform for people or pretend I have it all figured out because I very much in fact do not. LOL. I’ve built my brand on transparency, real talk, and showing the actual behind-the-scenes of running a business because I believe the best marketing starts with being real, not being perfect.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If immortality were real, what would you build?
If immortality were real, I’d build generational wealth. I’m talkin’ real, sustainable, pass-this-down-to-your-great-great-great-grandkids kind of wealth.
And not just money, but freedom, with options and resources. I’d build things that last, brands that evolve with time, businesses that create long term impact, land that holds value, and education that actually empowers. I’d make sure nobody in my bloodline ever had to start from scratch again.
It’s optional college because their business is already thriving. It’s family vacations without the debt and being able to say “yes” to rest without guilt.
I’d create systems that keep growing even when I’m not working because let’s be real, forever is a long time to be hustling. So I’d build smart, with other bold women in mind too, funding their visions, sharing the blueprint, and keeping doors open behind me.
If I had all the time in the world, I’d use it to make sure the people I love never run out of time, money, or possibilities. Because to me, wealth isn’t just about income. It’s about giving the next generation a launchpad instead of a survival manual.
