Meet Victoria Webb of J & T Declutter and Cleaning

Today we’d like to introduce you to Victoria Webb.

Hi Victoria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have always been a super spontaneous and go with the flow kind of person. I know that lifestyle comes with having to have a great work ethic. While I love my full time job, I also love being a hustler on the side. When I found out I was having my son, back in 2022, I was so elated. A short time into my pregnancy, I found out I was having a complication and I was placed on bedrest (could not work but Doctors orders, among other things). Although looking back, I should not have… I had the idea to start a cleaning business. The name is J&T Declutter and Cleaning LLC. J&T stands for Jeffrey and Tori, which is my sons name and my nickname. I felt like if I was in the house, it was okay. I started by asking family friends if I could clean their house for very little and a business review. Then, my business blossomed from there. I have had my official business for almost 2 years now. My son is my co-owner. My cleaning business is flourishing. Its definitely not something that happens over night, but totally worth it. I will be abe to pass this business to my son one day.

I also own The Freckled Apothecary LLC. I just launched this business a few months ago. It is a business for organic skin care. I did tons of research and created a healing, whipped body butter. I wanted to find any way possibly to help my son. He has been dealing with a compromised immune system, due to falling pretty ill twice before he turned one. As you can tell, my son is the catalyst to many things. He has truly blessed me an put a battery in my back. This is a business I am still really starting up.

Lastly, I do have a full time job. I am a General Manager for Anytime Fitness. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and I do some online programs as well as training here at my gym. Fitness has always been a passion for me, I grew up playing sports. Now, as a mother, it has become even more important to me. It is important to be able to keep up with, protect and be there for my child. I love when other moms come to me and ask for help, it makes me so excited to watch and guide them through their transformation.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road hasnt always been smooth but it makes me appreciate my blessings more. Between my pregnancy complications, starting my own business, and being promoted while facing problems at work too, thats more than enough to stress anyone out. Coming out on top is what matters the most, and Ive done that. I will continue to do that,

As you know, we’re big fans of J & T Declutter and Cleaning. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I chose the name J & T Declutter and Cleaning when I started my business, with my son in mine. The J stands for Jeffrey (my sons name), and the T stands for Tori (my nickname). I want to pass this business to my son when he is of age, he is also my co-owner. When I started my business I knew I wanted to deliver an exceptional experience to all of my clients. We are a commercial and residential cleaning service. We specialize in move in/move out cleans, maintenance cleans, and more. What sets u part is our attention to detail and asking each client what theyre are particular about so that each clean can be done exactly how the client wants, What I am most proud of is how I started from nothing with cleaning supplies from dollar tree while I was super pregnant and uncomfortable but I saw the vision.

What I want people to know is that we as a business, care. I understand the mental health aspect behind being in a clean an tidy environment. I want to deliver that to all of my clients, every single time.

Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My son, Jeffrey, deserves all of the credit in the world. He doesn’t even know how much he motivates me every single day to be a better person, woman, mom and friend. I want to instill a hardworking spirit into him, and teach him that when you stick to things, you will always come out on top.
