Meet Ta’Neika Mays

Today, we’d like to introduce you to Ta’Neika Mays. Ta’Neika was introduced to us by the brilliant and talented Jeffrey Dale.

Ta’Neika, can you walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve always had a knack for mixing fruit flavors and also alcoholic beverages. I was the “pregame original queen” to people I would hang with. Whenever we were going out, me mixing up something while we got prepared was always the play! Spending money at the bar was ok, but getting and mixing those same drinks for way less was always a win!! One day, around the start of covid, I thought to myself how cool it’d be to give everybody that same chill, turned up, yet relaxing vibe! My hobby of many many years quickly turned into an opportunity with more thoughts, ideas, and different creative flavors for me to come up with! I didn’t want just alcoholic beverages but I wanted something that was enjoyable for everyone, no matter who you were or the age!! My kiddo and non alcoholic drinks were mixed just as well as the actual alcoholic drinks so it was the perfect idea! From that very first year, GeTLiTee continued brainstorming different ideas which even grew to launching holiday gift sets like Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, birthdays, Thanksgiving, etc. Even came up with additional creative fruit flavor drinks-alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and kiddo wise-popsicles and themed summer slushy drinks as well! A lot of thought, passion and dedication got me to where I am today with GeTLiTee! Year number 3 out of the many to come and I’m ready to see what blessings are in store for this small business!

Please tell us more about your brand, Get LiTee
I make creative mixed fruit drinks whether it be alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or kiddo. Appealing to all markets and not just those who drink sets me apart from others. I literally have something available for all with unique flavors that are mixed an created by me! Following my heart to do something I truly love is what I’m most proud of!! Never giving up when things aren’t easy and keeping the momentum when things are will always be the motivation to keep striving for it all!!

So, as we mentioned to our audience earlier, you were introduced to us by Jeffrey Dale and we really admire them and what they’ve built. For folks who might not be as familiar, can you tell them a bit about your experience with Jeffrey.
I know Jeffrey as my cousin’s husband, making him my cousin too lol! Over the years, we have all grew more accustomed with each other. We push eachother! We all strive for greatness! Jeff introduced me to The Total Chef Experience when he whipped up a fiesta feast during one of our family gatherings and I’ve been sold ever since! Everything I’ve ever mentioned to Jeff or tasted from Jeff has been on point! From my fave: chicken to cake pops, meal prep entree’s, our personal gathering meals…I’ve never been disappointed!!
