Hi Shafawn, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Creator of our scrub Boutique. As a healthcare worker, I know firsthand the importance of comfortable scrubs. During the pandemic, I got bored and launched my business both the Healthcare Business Bible, I launched my nonprofit the black med foundation for minority medical students but I launched my baby which was our scrub boutique. I had no idea that our scrub boutique would take off the way it did. Everyone fell in love with the fact that I was a Healthcare worker and launched a uniform scrub company selling fashionable scrubs. My business went viral quickly. I began to interview on several TV shows, news stations, newspapers and magazines. Within five months, I became a scrub wholesaler. I created a program helping others start their own uniform scrub company. I then launched a program called uniform scrub consultants where others can sell uniforms for extra money under my brand. Healthcare, fashion and business are my life. Selling scrubs started out as me making extra money to pay my daughter’s private school tuition but changed my life forever. I learned during the pandemic that a recession proof business is key; our healthcare workers can’t report to work without them so it’s a win-win industry.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has definitely been a smooth road.
