Meet Paul Michael Galbrecht

Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Michael Galbrecht.

Hi Paul Michael, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I got introduced to a successful realtor in 2015 who inspired me to take a run at real estate. Since starting in 2016, I’ve honed my realtor skills from partnering with two local real-estate teams to learn as much as possible. In 2019, I decided it was time to step out from partnering with teams and create a unique brand of selling and buying real-estate to provide a client-centric experience for my clients. My experience I provide to my clients is keeping things simple, empowering my clients by giving them my book of knowledge in any situation, and with the promise to always have their intentions put first before anything else.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Any great thing achieved doesn’t come without its struggles. Real estate is constantly changing, and realtors have to adapt on a dime. There is not one great struggle that comes to mind; it’s many little struggles that continuously stand in the way. One of the larger ones was through Covid-19; I lost a large portion of business for a few months, including pending sales I put a lot of time and effort into without positive outcomes for my clients.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Some of my clients say I make their dreams a reality; I confidently advise my clients when buying or selling real estate to empower your decisions as we navigate the process in the Kansas City area. I do this by:

• Communicating powerfully and directly.
• Advocating for you, along with guiding you through each step and letting you know what is next.
• Providing world-class service from myself and my team at a high level!
• Keeping the mood light and calm while focusing on what you are searching for.
• Providing professionalism through each step as a non-emotional party working for you!
• Explaining each step clearly along the way, ensuring you know all your options.
• No pressure realtor. My job is to protect you, not sell you!
• Non-biased; I will give my honest opinion if asked.
• Provide and Interpret current home statistics. Explain current market trends.
• The buck stops with me mentality.

As a REALTOR, I partner with like-minded professionals for every step of the home buying and home selling process. The benefit to my clients is to have a seamless transaction so you can focus on what’s important.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
My interest was all over the board growing up. I was primarily interested in anything with an engine and that goes fast. One of my friends says he knew I would be a realtor one day based on video games I used to play… instead of actually playing the video game, I got caught up in designing the perfect floor-plan in said game along with staging the furnishings perfectly! My personality has to always been to be a good friend, listen, and to assist my friends at the level they want me to help.
