Meet Nafeesa Fajri of Supreme Property Management

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nafeesa Fajri.

Hi Nafeesa, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I’m a mother of four beautiful children. A former collegiate athlete/ semi pro basketball player & Coach turned entrepreneur who has a heart for helping others.

How did I get started? I believe God gives us a path according to our hearts desires and it’s up to us to follow or stray. By day I’m a finance manager for a local non for profit that focuses on children with disabilities. By night I’m an entrepreneur my current businesses consist of: Prospect Focus- a recruitment service that helps high school athletes obtain college scholarships. Full Count Sports Talk a local podcast that provides a platform for area and local athletes but discusses many sports-related issues across the nation & a newly inquired business- Supreme Property Management. I am the owner and operator. I obtain local contracts with both large and small businesses from cleaning to painting and light construction work. We turnover properties in order to get them ready for rent or purchase.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
They say if it’s too easy, you aren’t reaching high enough right? Lol

The road is never easy but I’ve looked at every obstacle as a challenge to go higher! I’ve always been a competitor so the area of business is no different for me. The struggle is remaining mental tough enough to withstand the test

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Supreme Property Management?
This business was started, founded and will continue to grow because I am on a mission to show other single mothers that our dreams come true as well. Oftentimes We spend a lifetime making sure our children are well taken care of (as we should) that we put our hopes and dreams on the back burner. My oldest son is a certified painter I brought him along in the business to show him how a business is ran effectively and efficiently with hopes of him one day taking the reigns. We will grow this business by thinking on a macro level as opposed to micro.

What sets us apart? We make your property our priority! Everything we touch we treat as if it was our own! You feel the care and warmth when you walk into a facility that has been touched by the Supreme Team.

I passed up an offer to try out so an expansion WNBA team at the time to focus on raising my son.
