Today we’d like to introduce you to Maddie Brogan.

Hi Maddie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started photography because my husband was looking for jobs that would take us away from friends or family, and I wanted something that was mine that would allow me to express my creativity! Then I picked up a camera and fell in love with it. I love watching people’s love. I love celebrating the big seasons of life! I love being a part of all of it! I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t have the support of my family. And the amazing vendor community in KC!

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I don’t think starting a small business could ever be called smooth. But I believe that the process can be fun with the support of those around you!

I am a Kansas City photographer! I shoot weddings, couples, families, and seniors. I aim to make you feel comfortable, seen, valued, and celebrated! I am most proud of my relationships with my clients. I truly value the relationships between me and all the people I meet.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I love Jesus, and how much I care for people to know they are valued, seen, and loved!
