Meet Kaitlyn Zeitler of All My Flowers

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kaitlyn Zeitler.

Hi Kaitlyn, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always had an interest in making spaces feel special.

From rearranging my room for fun as a kid to gutting and remodeling a 1950’s home as an adult, it was the unique warmth in details that always caught my attention. And flowers were no different. Bringing home beautiful flowers at the store could make my entire week. One bouquet from my mom became so important to me, I realized I couldn’t bear to let it go. And that I didn’t need to. So I learned how to dry the flowers and decided they were forever.

Learning to appreciate the full floral life cycle has taught me a lot. This notion planted the seeds for my small business today–the way that more fleeting tokens of beauty like a floral arrangement or candle can elevate the entire mood of a space is an incredible extension of oneself. But what about the beauty that comes from its next chapter? My mindset shifted. These flowers haven’t died. They’ve dried. This candle isn’t gone. This vessel needs its newfound purpose.

All My Flowers is inspired by the beauty and resilience of flowers. But it’s also about celebrating the things we do to make our homes feel a little more special–to make ourselves feel more special, too.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been a weird road! Definitely the scenic route. Like when you’re not sure if you should pull over to check the map to see if you should turn back around or to just keep on going.

I have experience with a career in advertising that has helped me understand a lot about building a brand and finding the voice I wanted to capture for my many projects and offerings. But I had only ever created floral arrangements for myself or friends and family. I have always loved vintage pieces and glassware but had a lot to learn about the craft of working with fine fragrance and soy wax.

Everything about my business deals with fragile materials, but it’s the strong statement you can make and my passion for this art that’s kept me motivated to push through any number of testers that didn’t turn out as planned or a new floral design skill that’s been hard to master.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about All My Flowers?
I currently offer both fine floral and fine fragrance design services.

I hand pour small batch 100% soy candles with custom fine fragrance formulas I’ve made myself. I pride myself on the care I take here to create a unique sensory experience for my customers’ spaces. I have standard and sample vessels available on my site as well as curate unique seasonal collections with vintage glassware that comes with instructions on how to properly care for the vessel.

I am excited to offer a refill program this month! I’ve recently launched a Custom Fragrance service for both wholesale and bulk orders for local vendors, events, party favors, or group gifting to help create defining sensory moments as a token for meaningful time spent together.

I am also a fine floral designer with a range from arrangements for local drop-off to installations and custom packages for intimate gatherings, weddings, and elopements. For newlyweds, I offer dried bouquet services to create a one-of-a-kind dried floral installation for your home to commemorate your special day.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Fun fact: The name All My Flowers comes from a line in a poem I wrote in 2017. It’s about a cracked vase and how despite its flaws, it’s really not broken at all.

So with imperfect edges,
though small, I’ll tower,
hold good intentions,
and All My Flowers.
