Hi Julia, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello! My name is Julia Scott, and I own Efficiently Neat Professional Organizing, based out of Kansas City. I am a mom, wife, & business owner who, like many others, is trying to balance it all!

To maintain my sanity, I realized I needed to get organized and create systems to make my family and me more efficient. This way, we could spend less time on mundane tasks and more time doing the things we love!
After reaping the benefits of decluttering and organizing my own home, I knew this could be beneficial to others, and that is how Efficiently Neat was born! We are officially four years old and going strong!

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, has it been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Efficiently Neat was created during a phase of my life when I was a stay-at-home mom, juggling a newborn and a 3-year-old.

The business was like adding a third child to my responsibilities. I built the website, handled social media, and connected with clients during my limited free time, mostly during naptimes, early mornings, and late nights.

The organization projects were squeezed into the weekends or when grandparents could watch the kids (it takes a village!). It’s still a constant balancing act, and there have been a lot of growing pains along the way, but I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything!

I appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Efficiently Neat?
Efficiently Neat primarily focuses on in-home organization but also offers virtual organizing & moving services. Whether a client is moving into a new home, designing a renovation, or wants to make over their current space, we are there to add organizational insight and expertise.

We specialize in helping to organize & simplify your home by incorporating efficient systems & processes that are sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. But what sets us apart is our personal touch.

We work closely with our clients to create systems that set them up for success & make sure each space functions and flows easily. We love helping our clients see their homes in a new light, take advantage of valuable space, and create a feeling of calm and peace through the organization.
