Meet Joseph Quero of ActionCOACH

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph Quero. They and their team shared their story with us below:

Joe’s personal experience of failing and succeeding in the business world gives him a unique perspective that he can use to guide and mentor his clients. He and his wife Christy had a clear goal when they started their business – to create a brighter future for their family. After many years of mastering the air duct, dryer vent, and chimney cleaning trade, Joe & Christy founded Absolute Duct & Chimney Cleaning, Inc., a woman, and family-owned business. Graciously, God opened up that opportunity to take a step of faith. They have not looked back ever since!

Joe and Christy partnered with Coach Karie of Action Coach for business coaching. They committed to receive coaching from Karie and to follow the plan exactly as it was presented to them. It’s evident that they were committed to achieving their goal and sought help when they needed it.

Christy and Joe, and their team worked hard, creating a business that worked for them, not because of them. Joe told Karie that one of his goals was to retire the rugged boots he wore daily. One year later, Joe walked into Karie’s office with his old tough boots and said, “Done.” Joe & Christy’s ability to grow the business to a point where it became marketable for sale is impressive and can inspire his coaching clients. Since 2019 Joe has provided guidance and expertise to organizations of all sizes from various industries. Joe’s journey and success make him a valuable resource for organizations looking to improve their operations and achieve their business goals.

Let’s dig deeper into the story – has it been an easy path, and if not, what challenges have you overcome?
Joe had 8 businesses fail before his 9th business succeeded. The biggest struggle for him was focusing and having systems in place. That is when he hired his business coach. Through working with Coach Karie, Joe had someone outside his organization that kept him accountable, which gave him more focus. Joe, his wife Christy, and their team created systems and processes that worked for their company.
