Today we’d like to introduce you to Jayden Carey, Community Manager.

Hi Jayden, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Located at 75th and Quivira in Shawnee, Kansas, The Chadwick Modern Apartments is NorthPoint Development’s latest state-of-the-art luxury apartment community showcasing unique modern amenities with 345 apartment homes throughout three buildings. This community has been in the planning process for a few years and will be welcoming its first residents late July of this year. The Chadwick is releasing portions of completed segments through spring of 2023, creating staggered availability to those looking for new apartments. The leasing team is already accepting applications and inviting interested prospects for hard hat tours of the community.
