Hi Jayden, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Located at 75th and Quivira in Shawnee, Kansas, The Chadwick Modern Apartments is NorthPoint Development’s latest state-of-the-art luxury apartment community showcasing unique modern amenities with 345 apartment homes throughout three buildings. This community has been in the planning process for a few years and will be welcoming its first residents late July of this year.
