Meet Dr. Drew Wagner of Wagner Chiropractic

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Drew Wagner.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I know what it feels like being in chronic pain and you do everything to get relief. Sadly enough I was an injury prone athlete with multiple joint, back, and concussion injuries.

Pain and I are on very familiar with each other.

I have been through the medical route and the treatment I was given was “here is another pill to take, another specialist who doesn’t want to help, and you are just faking it.” I didn’t want to be on another pill, didn’t want to another specialist, and I was sure hell not faking it.

People are in pain, but also they are being misdirected and confuse about how the body and pain work with response and reacts. I matters to me to help educate them and give them the treatment they deserve. And most importantly I do not want any patient go through what I did to get answers and relief.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road and honestly, that’s been one of the most valuable parts of the journey.

Like a lot of small business owners, one of the biggest challenges early on was building trust and consistency. You can have the skills and the vision, but getting people to understand what makes you different and to believe in it takes time. Especially in healthcare, where many patients have already had frustrating experiences, there can be a level of skepticism you have to work through.

Another challenge was learning the business side of things. Chiropractic school prepares you to care for patients, but not necessarily to run a business, build systems, market effectively, and lead a team. There’s been a lot of trial and error figuring out what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep improving without losing sight of why I started in the first place.

There were also moments of pressure, especially in the early stages wanting to grow, wanting to serve more people, and making sure the business stayed healthy at the same time. Balancing patient care with the demands of running a practice is something you constantly refine.

But those challenges shaped what the practice is today. They forced me to get clear on our values, tighten up our systems, and stay focused on delivering real results for patients. Looking back, I wouldn’t change it, because those obstacles are exactly what helped build a stronger, more intentional practice.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Wagner Chiropractic?
At Wagner Chiropractic, we’re not just focused on short-term relief, we’re focused on long-term results. What we do is simple in concept but powerful in execution: we help people get out of pain, move better, and take control of their health through personalized, intentional chiropractic care.

What really sets us apart is how we approach each patient. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment or quick, temporary fixes. I take the time to understand the full picture, how you move, how you work, your daily habits, and what’s actually causing the problem. From there, we build a customized plan designed to create real, lasting change.

We specialize in helping people with chronic pain, especially those who feel like they’ve “tried everything” without success. A lot of our patients come to us frustrated and unsure if anything will actually work and that’s where we thrive. We’re known for getting to the root cause and delivering results that last, not just quick relief that fades.

Brand wise, what I’m most proud of is the trust we’ve built in our community. Wagner Chiropractic has become a place where people feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Our patients know we’re not here to sell them something, they know we’re here to help them get better.

At the end of the day, I want people to know that we’re different because we care about outcomes. We care about educating our patients, empowering them, and helping them stay active, strong, and pain free for the long run.

What matters most to you?
My passion is helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives through personalized, results-driven care.

I didn’t set out to build just another chiropractic office. I set out to build a place where people actually felt taken care of.

Early in my career, I noticed something that didn’t sit right. Patients would come in frustrated, often after trying multiple providers, still dealing with the same pain. They weren’t just looking for a quick adjustment, they wanted answers. They wanted someone to listen.

One patient in particular stuck with me. A middle-aged business owner came in with chronic low back pain that had been dragging him down for years. He had tried everything medications, quick adjustments, even taking time off work, but nothing lasted. During that first visit, instead of rushing through treatment, we slowed things down. Asked more questions, dug deeper into lifestyle habits, movement patterns, stress levels, pretty much everything.

What I found wasn’t just a back issue. It was years of poor movement, long hours sitting, and compensations that had built up over time with work and mental stress.

Rather than offering a temporary fix, I laid out a clear, personalized plan. It wasn’t flashy. It wasn’t instant. But it was intentional.

A week in, the patient noticed something different not just less pain, but more energy. A month later, he was back to doing activities he had written off completely. The biggest shift? He understood his body for the first time.

That moment became a turning point for me and my practice.

From then on, Wagner Chiropractic wasn’t just about adjustments it became about education, long-term results, and helping people take ownership of their health. Every patient who walks through the door isn’t treated like a number or a quick visit, but like someone with a story worth understanding.

Today, that same approach defines the entire practice. It’s why patients refer their families. It’s why people who felt stuck finally start seeing progress.

Because for me, it’s never been about cracking backs.

It’s about changing lives, one patient at a time.
