Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey Eastwood.
Casey, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
It all started when I was six. I told my parents when I grow up I would be a F16 fighter pilot or a dozer operator. I joined the military when I was 17. I went to Basic in between my junior and senior year and AIT after I graduated. At Nineteen I bought my first piece of equipment, A 1969 Caterpillar D4D. I started out clearing fence row for farmers and never looked back.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The path here has been a struggle. After my deployment in 2009 I struggled to return to civilian life due to PTSD. Through prayers loved ones and counseling i have been able to grow my business and continue to be a productive member of society.
