Hi Brittany, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started B Lashed Ink in 2020 after leaving a stable job at Ford. I was a mom of four with big dreams and a deep desire to do something more creative, fulfilling, and mine. I’ve always loved making people feel beautiful, and once I stepped into the beauty world, I knew I had found my calling.

I began with lash extensions and quickly fell in love with the artistry. That passion grew into a full-service beauty studio offering permanent makeup, brows, lips, eyeliner, facials, and now advanced services like Procell Microchanneling. I’ve also expanded into mentoring and training aspiring beauty professionals it lights me up to help other women build something they can be proud of too.

Everything I’ve built has been rooted in care, connection, and a serious obsession with quality. I treat every client like royalty and every service like a custom experience. B Lashed Ink is more than beauty it’s about confidence, transformation, and simplifying the everyday routine for women who deserve to feel amazing.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not smooth but absolutely worth it. Starting a business in 2020, right in the middle of a pandemic, was scary. I left the security of a corporate job, stepped into the unknown, and had to build everything from the ground up with no guarantees. There were slow months, self-doubt, and moments where I questioned if I made the right move.

One of the biggest challenges was balancing being a mom of four with building a brand, learning new skills, and showing up consistently for clients. I also had to educate people on the value of what I do because it’s not just lashes or brows, it’s confidence, time-saving, and self-care.

But every struggle sharpened my focus. I kept investing in education, perfecting my techniques, and pouring into my clients. That’s why B Lashed Ink has become known for five-star service it wasn’t easy, but it was intentional.

At B Lashed Ink, I offer luxury beauty services designed to help women simplify their daily routine and feel effortlessly confident. I specialize in lash extensions, ombré powder brows, lip blushing, permanent eyeliner, facials, and skin treatments like Procell Microchanneling. I also train and mentor upcoming beauty artists through hands-on education and business guidance.

But beyond the services, I’m known for the experience. From the moment you walk into my studio, everything is customized to make you feel relaxed, valued, and absolutely pampered. Calming aromatherapy, massage chairs, soft music, and thoughtful touches all create a space where beauty meets self-care.

What sets me apart is the intention and heart behind every detail. I remember birthdays, favorite lash styles, even your go-to podcast. I treat every client like royalty and that energy is what keeps people coming back.

What I’m most proud of? The relationships I’ve built, the five-star reputation I’ve earned, and the women I’ve helped feel beautiful and empowered inside and out.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What truly makes me happy is seeing women light up with confidence whether it’s a client looking in the mirror after her first set of brows or a student landing her first paying client. That moment where they see themselves differently… that’s everything.

I love creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and beautiful without needing to do the most. I also find so much joy in mentoring watching other women grow their skills, build their business, and realize what they’re capable of makes my heart full.

And of course, my family. Being a mom of four and showing my kids what it looks like to chase your dreams and create something from the ground up that’s a whole different kind of fulfillment.
