Meet Anthony Coffey of Faithful Home Buyers KC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anthony Coffey.

Hi Anthony, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started real estate investing in 2014 after I got out of the US army. Started the business with my twin brother initially, and after 18 months I decided to buy him out and do it on my own. He is investing in real estate in stl now. No hard feelings. LOL, My wife joined me shortly after and we haven’t looked back ever since. Since then, we flip about 10-15 properties a year and we own 23 rental units so far and two airbnb units.

We are privately funded with OPM and our investors make sweet returns on their capital backed by our real estate deals.

Candace (my wife) is the company realtor and she lists all of our houses.

Our office is located off north barry road in Kansas City, MO.

We also have a management company and construction company to handle our in-house management and construction needs.

We plan on buying houses for many years to come.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been nothing but a smooth journey. Real estate investing has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had the chance to do. It comes with a lot of challenges. From finding the right deal to buy, getting it under contract, coming up with the accurate amount of repairs to put in, raising the capital to fund your deal, to finding qualified good contractors, then finding a good buyer to buy your property.

All the stages that goes along in flipping and buying houses can be difficult at times.

Faithful home buyers kc is a real estate solutions company. We take great pride in coming up with solutions for distressed homeowners/sellers creating win/win solutions all around.

We are able to help the following customers: vacant properties, families facing foreclosure, code violations, out of town landlords, code violations, etc.

We also provide housing for the community with our rentals we have. We plan on getting up to 100 units.
