Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Luzon.
Hi Andrea, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My initiation to the world started in Minnesota, but my true global exploration began right after completing my undergraduate degree in Fargo, North Dakota. When I was 21, I nannied in Los Angeles, then bartended my way across Europe, and finally landed in Berlin, Germany to complete a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. Not long after that, I got my first teaching job in Japan and lived there for a year.
Upon returning to the states, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to be or do, but I trusted myself to find the right fit. In 2006, I found my way to Kansas City and became a wedding coordinator. I loved representing the Unity Village venues and assisting brides as they planned their wedding day. I then landed another fulfilling event coordinator job organizing specialized coursework at Fort Leavenworth. I bought my house on the plaza at that time.
My work in Kansas City inspired me to complete a master’s degree in public administration and fundraising at UMKC. That degree led me to join the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts fundraising team and I raised $800,000 prior to the grand opening celebration in 2011.
Once the Kauffman Center opened, I was recruited to support various engineering teams at Burns & McDonnell as a Project Coordinator. My position there was more data management than project coordination. The job did not fit my talents, though I stayed for eight years. This was a turning point in my life. As I gained the courage to leave my corporate America job, I began a soul-searching process of reflection.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Traveling abroad during my twenties gave me time to self-reflect, and exposed me to various religions and different ways of thinking. It opened my mind so that when I arrived in Kansas City I began studying coursework at Unity on inclusivity, equality, compassion, self-reflection, and affirmative prayer.
To this day, I believe the traveling and introspective work I did in my twenties helped me manifest my house, my satisfying job, and the amazing man who walked into my life in 2009 and became my husband in 2010. But then I stopped the self-reflective work and inner turmoil soon followed. The identity shift from freewheeling twenty-something world traveler to homeowning thirty-something wife brought up a lot of fear and insecurity in me. Then, my thrilling job ended.
When I reflect on that time, I see that I didn’t believe I was worthy of the trifecta: the exciting career, the plaza house, and the dashing husband. So, I turned off my intuition and began making “safe” choices. I took a safe job with a safe company and then struggled internally for eight years. My talents weren’t being utilized and I felt my passion withering inside me. During this time, I created two little lives; my twin son and daughter. They were so wonderful, yet I was struggling to find myself.
I share these challenges because the pain I felt at that time is exactly why I created the programs I offer today. Women often bottle up their pain, turn off their intuitive guidance, overcommit themselves and “just keep going”. The person I became during those eight years is why I do this work. I support women who feel the sadness, unworthiness, resignation, regret, or lack of belonging I felt at that time. I work with women who are ready to reignite their passion and confidence.
My vision is to live in a world where every human is free from self-imposed limitations and thus, living their most expansive life. My mission is to support, guide, and hold women accountable to their potential so they can create a life of passion, purpose and courage.
Hardship in my life spurred me to get an education on how to help others. When I sought the courage to leave my corporate America job, I began a soul-searching process of reflection. I evaluated my Unity studies from 2008. I studied Spiritual Psychology and Soul-Centered Living at the University of Santa Monica and became certified in that work. I studied under Dr. Eric Pearl and became a certified Reconnective Healing practitioner. Then, I began coaching others through a transformative self-development program called Heartcore Leadership.
In 2019, I began sharing my work as a quantum healer and coach. Many clients see me monthly for an energetic reboot and a reminder of the magic in their life. Other clients seek more guidance and accountability. Those clients join my Awakening Freedom program. The program supports women who are ready to shed limiting beliefs, awaken their purpose, and reconnect to the power and truth of their perfection.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I specialize in quantum healing and programs that support women as they shed limiting beliefs and reclaim their purpose, power, and passion. Through Reconnective Healing and Sacred Freedom Coaching, I help women transmute energy, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve them. Reconnective Healing is a quantum energetic cradling experience that clears, balances, and invigorates the energetic frequencies interacting with my client’s field of health and well-being.
If my client is ready to claim it, the Reconnective Healing experience catalyzes their energy to ignite and awaken their vitality, passion, and unlimited possibility. I am not the cause of their shift, I am simply a piece of the triangular relationship between client, universe, and catalyst. I believe it is every woman’s birthright to claim her courage, passion, and purpose. It is a privilege to stand for women in this way. In reigniting the passion of others, I fuel my drive to be fully present in my life.
