Today we’d like to introduce you to Shayla Ho.

Hi Shayla, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I came from Vietnam in 2005 to Omaha NE, I worked in Nail Salon in Omaha, NE for three years. I moved to Kansas in 2008 and worked in Nail Salon in Merriam Kansas for eight years. I opened my own Nail Salon and named it Lavish Nails in January 2016. I have been building my clients through good customer service and friendly environment at our Nail Salon. We strive to provide best service and great experience to our customers. Customer service is our priority And that’s why I think we become successful because of our customers.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It was not smooth road, anytime you start your business there challenges and difficulties, but through patience and persistence we overcame obstacles.

We provide nail and beauty services to our customers, we specialize in great nail services and we are known for our friendly and professional customer service. Our customers experience royalty treatment in our salon. Our goal is great experience and good customer service.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
We have customers’ appreciation day every year in December.
