Today we’d like to introduce you to Renie Paredes.
Renie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2014 I started working for a small cleaning company here in KC. It started out as just being an easy, stress free job after having my first daughter in 2013. After cleaning for a few months I started to really love cleaning and giving clients the joy of a clean home. A few years later I got a custodial job at a school district and learned so much more about proper sanitation along with other great cleaning methods. After working at the school district for a while I realized I wanted something bigger for me and my family. I wanted the freedom of being my own boss and making my own schedule to fit around my kids so I started Wall To Wall Cleaning KC! Im very passionate about my work and the clean my company provides. On my days off you’ll find me researching ways to provide my clients with the best clean possible. Knowing my clients are coming home from work able to spend more time with their family is very rewarding!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I started my company right before Covid hit so gaining clients had its challenges but I stayed consistent. Although it hasn’t always been easy learning how to run and grow a business, but having the right support and wonderful clients has made growing my company fairly smooth.

Wall To Wall Cleaning KC offers a variety of services from homes to businesses such as private schools, auto shops and office buildings. We also just acquired our first medspa, Soulcare Skin Studio in Lee’s Summit!
I believe what sets Wall To Wall Cleaning KC apart is our focus isn’t just on cleaning the space but also maintaining a healthy trustworthy relationship with our clients.
I’m most proud of the growth that is happening and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
How do you define success?
To me success is having the freedom to be there for my kids while also having a steady income doing something Im passionate about. It’s having the confidence to do big things that scare you and keep going because you have faith that it will be worth it. It’s creating a trustworthy business and giving your clients your very best everyday.
