Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenn Troy

Hi Jenn, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I’m a “retired” Clinic Director, Weight Loss Coach, X-ray, PT, and CA Tech for a Holistic Chiropractic clinic turned business owner. I am a huge advocate for Chiropractic and holistic health care. Through personal experiences of my own and watching patients at the clinic transform their health dramatically without drugs and surgeries, I have made it my personal mission to impact the lives of as many patients as possible and to ensure they receive what I believe to be better healthcare – less reliant on drugs and surgeries and helping them get off the medical treadmill.

After I moved away from the practice due to my husband’s job relocation, I started my business helping Chiropractors and patients all over the USA to fulfill that personal mission. We are The Troy Method. We provide practices a voice that has PASSION for Chiropractic and Regenerative Care, a willingness to FEARLESSLY educate patients, and a DRIVE to change as many lives as possible.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
A little bumpy ride for sure!

Navigating the “unknown” of stepping into business ownership. Leaning into myself and my career experience to forge a new path for myself and my family was extremely scary and risky for me. I was stepping away from being an employee for someone else – with what I now know was a false sense of job security. That was a very difficult step to take. Trusting the process of starting and running my own business wasn’t easy. Working day and night to make sure it was successful. Realizing I couldn’t do it all alone, having to hire a team. Losing some of that team, and starting all over again.

It’s been the best decision I have ever made, because there’s been far more good things than bad things along this road.

We’ve been impressed with The Troy Method, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The team at The Troy Method is WILDY passionate in educating patients about what better care is and where they can find it. You will not find a an administrative team that is more mission driven and passionate about what they do. Most of the team at TTM has experience working in a practice, like myself. We have seen firsthand the benefits of NON-traditional healthcare and what it can do for the quality of life for or patients.

Our mission is to positively impact the lives of as many patients as possible. We want to show them that there are better ways to healthcare less reliant on being prescribed drugs and surgeries. We get to do this by working with the offices we serve. We operate as an extension of their practice…when they hire us, they are hiring a full time virtual support person for their office.

I am most proud that people know exactly what I stand for. Loud and proud that traditional medicine is failing us, and we have to educate people to look elsewhere for better care. I built my business around my passion in this space.

We offer monthly lead follow up, conversion, and new patient appointment scheduling for clinics – via phone call interaction and text message interaction. We offer patient reactivation services included in that. I also have a course I sell that teaches lead follow up procedures to office staff. So they can learn to do what we do! And for some VIP clients, I offer private coaching for chiropractic assistants and other staff.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I didn’t wake up one day and say this was the exact business I was going to start. I knew I wanted to continue to make an impact with patients, but I didn’t know how until one day I got a “knock” on the door and I answered it.

I do believe there was luck/the universe/ and God in my favor by working my tail off and building relationships with the people around me. But most of it was working my tail off! 🙂 It was the knock that prompted me to start this thing at scale. Fast forward to today and we’ve served over 250 clinics in the last 3 years!
