Inspiring Conversations with Gabrielle Hardesty of SHE’S HEALTH CONSCIOUS

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gabrielle Hardesty.

Gabrielle Hardesty

Hi Gabrielle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Growing up, I was lucky to be influenced by my mom — a lifelong yoga teacher with a deep love for all things natural and holistic. But like many teens, I totally rebelled. You know how it goes — I wanted to do what was considered “cool” or “normal,” and being conscious of my health wasn’t even on my radar.

It wasn’t until I moved out at 19 and began struggling with my own health that everything shifted. I came full circle and found myself diving deep into all things wellness. I couldn’t believe how many lies I had been sold by society about what’s considered “healthy” or “good for us” — from the food we eat to the products we use every day. I became passionate about uncovering the truth and empowering myself with real knowledge. I enrolled at one of the top nutrition schools, and the more I learned, the more I changed — and eventually, I began healing from the inside out.

Through my own journey, I realized how many people are craving support, connection, and real education around wellness, but they’re overwhelmed by misinformation, greenwashing, or simply don’t know where to begin. That’s when She’s Health Conscious was born.

What started as sharing healthy swaps and simple tips online evolved into community events, wellness coaching, and brand collaborations. Today, I focus on empowering others to become their own health advocates—whether that’s through a Healthy Girl Happy Hour, a curated event, or a conversation on my podcast. My goal is to make wellness feel approachable, fun, and deeply nurturing.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Definitely not a smooth road — but a meaningful one. Like most people starting something from scratch, I faced a lot of imposter syndrome in the beginning. I wasn’t sure if I was “qualified enough” to speak on wellness, even though I was living it daily and deeply committed to learning. There were also financial and emotional challenges — investing in education, building a business, and putting myself out there online all felt really vulnerable at times.

Another big challenge was feeling misunderstood. Not everyone around me valued holistic health or saw it the way I did, and that can feel isolating when you’re going against the grain. But over time, those struggles became my strength — they helped me find my voice, build real confidence, and attract a community that does get it. The road hasn’t been easy, but it’s been aligned — and that’s what matters most.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about SHE’S HEALTH CONSCIOUS?
She’s Health Conscious is more than just a wellness brand — it’s a community-driven movement helping people live healthier, more intentional lives. I focus on holistic health education, lifestyle coaching, and curated events that make wellness feel fun, approachable and aligned. From Healthy Girl Happy Hours to personalized sessions and brand collaborations, everything I do centers around making conscious living feel empowering.

One of my most impactful offerings is called “Shelf Conscious” — think Marie Kondo, but for your fridge & pantry. I help people clear out toxic food and household products, simplify confusing labels, restock and swap with clean, energizing options that actually support how they want to feel each day. Simple swaps. Real nourishment. A kitchen that loves you back and supports who you’re becoming.

I’m known for helping people radically upgrade their well-being by simplifying the journey to non-toxic, nourishing living — and for connecting like-minded women with the support they’ve been craving through intentional, uplifting community events.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the community I’ve built. The DMs I get from women who feel seen, supported, and inspired because of something I shared — that’s what makes it all worth it.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What makes me happy is seeing someone come home to themselves — to their intuition, their body, and their soul. Watching someone unlearn what no longer serves them and start listening to their inner wisdom sets my heart on fire. At the end of the day, I truly believe that health and vitality are our birthright — and helping people reclaim that is what fuels my passion every day.
