My story is rooted in service. Before I ever became an entrepreneur, I spent years in behavioral health services and the medical field as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. Working closely with patients taught me compassion, patience, and the importance of clear communication. I learned very early that people feel more confident when someone takes the time to guide them.
When I transitioned into the financial industry, I quickly saw a huge gap. So many individuals and small business owners lacked access to trustworthy tax preparation, financial literacy, and real guidance. People weren’t struggling because they lacked ambition; they just lacked information.
That realization changed everything for me.
What started as me preparing taxes for a few clients grew into a full vision for something bigger: a platform that empowers others to build financial stability and generational wealth. Today, I provide cloud-based tax software, tax training, business coaching, financial literacy education, and support systems that help everyday people launch and grow profitable tax businesses of their own.
My journey hasn’t been perfect, but every step has been purposeful. The challenges shaped me, the lessons humbled me, and the vision kept me going.

Definitely not a smooth road; but I believe every challenge prepared me for the next level.
One of the biggest challenges early on was learning how to scale. I knew how to serve clients, but transitioning from a solo provider into a full service business owner with systems, automation, and team structures required growth and a new level of discipline.
Another challenge was earning trust in the financial industry. When it comes to taxes and money, people are cautious; and rightfully so. I had to build my brand through results, transparency, and consistency. I’ve always believed that integrity is the best marketing strategy.
I’ve also had moments where I doubted myself or felt overwhelmed by responsibility. But with each obstacle, I chose to turn the pressure into purpose. I reminded myself that my mission wasn’t just about me. It was about the people who needed someone willing to teach them, guide them, and create access where it didn’t exist.
Those challenges refined me. They made me both stronger and softer in all the right ways.
