Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandan Davies.

Hi Brandan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The firm started in 2011. The attorneys at our firm focus on three specific areas of the law; personal injury, criminal defense and family law. Each attorney at the firm focuses their practice on one of these areas. The attorneys at our firm have extensive trial experience in these three specific areas of practice. Our firm has been successful because we prepare every case as if it is going to trial, all while making sure our clients understand every phase of litigation.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We operate under the maxim that if you take care of your clients and do always do the right thing, success is a given. Since 2011, that principle has held true and we have been consistently among the top law firms in the KC Metro.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your practice?
We are a small law firm based in Overland Park, Kansas. We help client with criminal defense matters, personal injury cases and family law issues. We have consistently ranked among the top firms in our practice areas and our lawyers have received numerous awards, including Top 100 Trial Lawyers, Superlawyers designations, AV Rating and several others.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I grew up in a small town in southwest Missouri; I began working when I was 13 at a full-service gas station pumping gas and checking oil for motorists, where I learned the value of a hard day’s work. I went to college at the University of Kansas and Law School at the University of Tulsa. I graduated and moved back to Kansas with my wife to start a family and begin my career helping people with legal problems.
