Hi Boll, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My wife wanted a yoga and health and wellness spa so I got the building and then she decided she wanted to do herbal medicine so I continued working on fixing up the building. It took five years and I changed it to an event space and membership club.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

The building is now a very unique Western theme event space/membership club featuring a saloon downstairs with private lockboxes and board rooms in the second floor. It has kitchen dining room and private rooms and the third floor is a poker playing cigar smoking room.
How do you define success?
To be able to provide for and maintain a happy family
Pricing:
- I have events for $150 an hour plus $100 cleanup
- I have membership starting as low as $50 a month which allows a member to have 24 seven access to the building
