Inspiring Conversations with Ashley Tindall of Solution Integrators

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Tindall.

Hi Ashley, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business at the pandemic’s peak as a side hustle! I was working Full-Time from home at a local healthcare IT company at the time. I spent nearly 10 years at the company, first as a business analyst, then as a Project Manager. A business coach, a friend of mine, asked me to help out with a client to set up a couple of tools – I didn’t think anything of it at first. I was helping a friend out! The client was a Doula who was amazing at providing care but needed to be tech-savvy. I was amazed at how the work I was doing felt so simple and easy to me, but it allowed her to serve more clients, spend more time doing what she loves, and less time trying to chase down invoices or send out contracts.

I later started researching other online service providers and service-based businesses to see what they struggled with and where the skills I’ve gained over the years could benefit them. I began to learn more about industry-leading tools like Dubsado, ClickUp, Asana, and Airtable and went complete geek trying to master them, lol.

After a few months of teaching myself these new tools, I started thinking of ways to support small business CEOs looking to save time, do fewer administrative tasks, and grow and scale their businesses the way they dreamed! I used the knowledge I’ve gained as a project manager to dive into how these CEOs ran their businesses today, what their client journey looked and felt like, and how we could improve it through process improvements or automation. Since starting my business in 2021, I’ve since left my full-time job, and I’m not a full-time entrepreneur!

Alright, let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
I’ve always been passionate about helping others and finding ways to make someone’s life a breeze! When sales are slow, or I’m feeling overwhelmed, I have to continue to remind myself of why I started my business in the first place – to support small business owners and help them build their dream businesses! My biggest struggle is staying confident in what I do and who I serve.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I help female entrepreneurs scale to six figures through systems automation and project management support. At the core of what I do is assisting CEOs in building their DREAM client experience! I ensure their “secret sauce” is displayed at every client interaction. From the moment someone inquires to work with them all the way through to see you later or goodbye!

In addition to improving and elevating the client experience, I help CEOs ensure that their businesses are running efficiently. I work primarily with solopreneurs looking to scale and eventually hire a team – my goal is to help CEOs serve more by doing less!

I provide 1:1 consulting and done-for-you implementation of various client and business management tools, including Dubsado, Airtable, ClickUp, SmartSuite, GoogleWorkspace, and Asana. If there’s a tool I need to familiarize myself with, I’m always willing to learn!

I like to say that I want to see my clients win! As entrepreneurs, we craft these amazing dreams and goals, and so many obstacles are to step in the way of achieving them. I do my best to help my clients overcome those obstacles in any way I can!

What matters most to you?
Helping CEOs operate in their zone of genius! I work with CEOs who started their businesses to do more of what they love, but when it comes to actually running that business, they may need to improve at it lol. I want to help CEOs thrive at what they do best – being a dope photographer, an amazing and thoughtful doula, a showstopping brand and web designer – not have to worry so much about the administrative tasks of chasing down invoices, sending out follow-ups for client work, or making sure their team is equipped to fulfill an offer.
