Hi Williams brothers, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Hi my name is Justin Williams, my brother Devin Williams and I started our Mobile Detailing company “Renowned Detailing” exactly 1 year ago! We have always been super entrepreneurial and loved detailing friends and families cars when we were young. I attended Drury University to wrestle, so after i graduated college with a degree in business marketing we decided to start our detailing business because it was something we were super passionate about! We are OCD and love cars so it was something we could do for work and it wouldn’t feel like work. In the past year we have ammased over 42 thousand followers on instagram and 22 thousand followers on tik tok, social media is the future and having a big following on social medias has really grown our business faster than expected! we love making customers happy and treating them like family we have over 160 5 star reviews on google in a years time and i think this speaks volumes to how we treat our customers and the work we do!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
it has somewhat been a smooth ride because of our social media following but as a mobile detailer we do have to deal with weather related things for example we had to figure out how to run our business in the winter and let me tell you that was super tough. we dressed super warm in winter clothes and mostly did interior details and exterior details when weather would allow us, but we pushed through for our clients because come to find out people in kc love the idea of mobile detailing because of its convenience i mean who wants to take their car to a garage and wait 4 hours to get their car detailed.

As you know, we’re big fans of Renowned Detailing. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We offer a “we come to you” mobile detailing service where you can sit back relax and get that car cleaned!
We ALSO offer paint protection film, CERAMIC COATING & PAINT CORRECTION IN KANSAS CITY! we are mobile and most detailers around here are not. We have learned a lot of our customers love the convenience of having us come to them while they work from home or while they are at work, not only that we are young entrepreneurs making a name for ourselves and customers love this. we are most proud of our social media following which has allowed us to start our own car care products line “renowned car care”! i would want readers to know we offer all things detailing, for example; inter and exterior detailing, engine cleaning, stain removal, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, paint correction/polishing! we do it ALL!
