Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Voth.
Hi Sarah, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Sarah, and I’m 19 years old. When I was a senior in high school, I made the decision to pursue my passion for helping women feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin by attending esthetician school at Entourage Institute of Beauty.
While I was still in high school, I worked multiple jobs and even purchased my first home. I worked incredibly hard to save money so I could pay for esthetician school while also managing the responsibility of house bills. Shortly after graduating high school, I also graduated from esthetician school, which was a huge milestone for me and something I’m very proud of.
While I was in esthetician school, I worked at a med spa where I gained valuable hands-on experience and learned so much about the beauty industry. Being in that environment helped my passion for skincare and helping others grow even stronger. After graduating, I continued working there, but deep down I knew my dream had always been to own my own business.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have dreamed of working for myself and building something that was truly my own. I knew becoming an esthetician and eventually opening my own business would allow me to help others feel confident while also pursuing that lifelong dream.
Starting my own business was one of the scariest decisions I’ve ever made. At 19 years old, owning a home, paying bills, and stepping into entrepreneurship felt overwhelming at times. There were moments when I questioned if I was ready. But through it all, I kept my faith and trusted that God had a plan for me. I believed that if I stayed dedicated, worked hard, and trusted the process, everything would fall into place the way it was meant to.
On December 29th, I officially started taking clients at Radiant Glo Aesthetics by Sarah. Starting my own business has been one of the most exciting and rewarding journeys of my life. Being able to meet so many amazing clients and help them feel confident in their skin is something I’m incredibly grateful for every single day.
I also want to take a moment to recognize how incredibly blessed I am to have such a supportive family and group of friends. From the very beginning, my family has always believed in me, encouraged me, and supported my dreams. Whether it was helping me stay motivated during long days of school and work, celebrating my accomplishments, or simply reminding me to keep going when things felt overwhelming, their love and support have meant everything to me.
I truly could not have done this without the amazing support system I have in my life. Their encouragement gave me the confidence to take the leap and start this business.
Most importantly, I am beyond thankful for my clients. Your trust and support mean the world to me. Every appointment, every referral, and every kind word helps my small business grow, and I am so grateful for each and every one of you.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I was worried about being able to financially support myself while taking such a big risk, but I was able to build my clientele fairly quickly. Starting a business at 19 came with a lot of stress, especially learning how to balance work and my personal life—I definitely struggled with that at first.
I also had to figure out all the legal requirements of opening a business and truly understand everything that comes with it, while building trust and a strong reputation. The startup costs were another challenge at such a young age, and it took a lot of time to navigate it all.
But it’s all paying off. I’m beyond grateful for the sacrifices I’ve made to get here, and I’m so proud of the work I’ve put in. It has definitely been worth it.

What sets my business apart is the care and passion I put into every service. I truly love what I do, and I take pride in making sure each client feels comfortable, relaxed, and confident when they leave. For me, it’s not just about beauty treatments—it’s about helping people feel good about themselves.
Starting my business at a young age is something I’m incredibly proud of. I’ve worked hard to build something that allows me to follow my passion while helping others feel their best. Radiant Glo Aesthetics is a space where clients can come to relax, take care of their skin, and enhance their overall beauty—whether that’s through brows, lashes, waxing, spray tans, or skincare—leaving feeling refreshed and glowing.
I’ve intentionally created a welcoming space where every client feels comfortable, valued, and confident trusting me and my work. I’m always continuing my education to grow my skills and knowledge so I can provide the best possible results. I also specialize in treating acne and aging skin, allowing me to offer more customized, results-driven services.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I plan to grow my business into a highly trusted and well-known esthetician brand within my community. I want to continue expanding my clientele, introducing more advanced treatments, and eventually moving into a larger space—while still keeping the personalized, high-quality experience my clients know and love.
My goal is to help as many people as possible feel confident in their skin, while building a strong, successful business and meaningful, long-term relationships with my clients. I’m also committed to continuously advancing my education and skills so I can always provide the best results possible.
