Today we’d like to introduce you to Paemon And Ashley Aramjoo.

Hi Paemon and Ashley, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Our story began in 2006 when Ashley and Paemon met by virtue of a mutual friend in high school. Paemon was sneaky enough to sort out how to get Ashley’s phone number. We have since remained together for 19 years and married for 11 years. The truth is that for many years Paemon followed the path that Ashley was paving on her desire to attend law school. Once we finished law school Paemon was committed to opening a law practice where we have both been practicing law since 2014.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has certainly had its peaks and valleys. Business ownership, marriage and raising kids all has its moments of strain and glory. Smooth roads seem more like something we would encounter in a fictional tale rather than reality. The struggles we have encountered have also presented us with opportunities to reassess and decide whether the path we are on is the path we should stay on. The most recent struggle we have encountered was the loss of Paemon’s father during a cross-country motorcycle trip. This loss has caused us to rethink of why we do what we do and has helped us land on the area of law we handle now, personal injury.

We handle cases where people are seriously injured in vehicle accidents. What people should know about our business is our origin story. Too often we encounter folks who are doing what they do for financial reasons. Why we do what we do is a result of years of practicing law, reflection and personal experiences. We are known for our willingness to go the distance for our client. We take pride in educating, empowering and advocating or our clients. What sets us apart from others is our client focus. Communication is a key focus for our office, and we make sure that our clients are informed and empowered to make the necessary decisions and actions to be most successful in their case.

What’s next?
Our future is focused on growth – personally and professionally. Our plan is to grow the firm while maintaining client care. This will involve hiring and marketing so that we spread the word of what we do and can also continue to meet the needs of our clients.
