Hi Mindi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Like many others in the wellness industry, my journey began with illness. It started with symptoms doctors did not understand and evolved through tests and pills and procedures. Until, at 20 years old, I said, “NO!”

No more pills because there isn’t anything else they could offer. I said no more visits and tests and walked away from every doctor I had been seeing.

Then my grandfather passed away. I developed daily stomachaches, nightmares, and depression. I was living in Maine and did not have a doctor, so I asked someone and got connected with a homeopath.

That’s when the narrator of my story chimes in with his deep voice and says, “She didn’t know it yet, but this one choice will change the very course of her life.”

I went from seeing the homeopath monthly to getting regular Jin Shin Jyutsu treatments. After just a few sessions, I signed up for my first Reiki training and my first Jin Shin Jyutsu training. That was more than 20 years ago.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Spiritual Healing with many certifications in various modalities. I have carried homeopathy along with me all these years. I spent several years as the director of a homeopathic medicinary in Phoenix.
Most recently, I have studied and used biofeedback and subtle energy to assist others with their healing journeys.

Frequency medicine has me starry-eyed with possibility. The application of frequencies can be stupidly simple and incredibly versatile. The cherry on top has been having a medicinary of more than 400 homeopathic remedies in many potencies, along with 100 flower essences and more available to me at the touch of a button.

No. I am not a medical doctor and I am not telling anyone to skip Western medicine. I am encouraging everyone to be their own best advocate and know there are solutions and opportunities for help that lie outside of a doctor’s office. Opportunities that can work WITH their current care, too!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Of course, there have been struggles along the way. Most people I knew back when I started thought what I was doing was weird and unscientific. Some people didn’t want anyone to know they had tried a session with me. That’s not great for business as you can imagine.

Living in bigger cities or other areas of the country didn’t necessarily help. Building a business from scratch in a city where I knew absolutely no one and had no local support felt impossible.

Since I was always a bit of an odd duck, I kept at it. Age has helped me be more comfortable in my skin. Experiencing results for myself pushed me to keep going. Now watching clients transform their stories is such a beautiful experience.
I love that my business can be mobile, and even international. Clients can receive bioresonance scans from anywhere. I get to live in a rural area but my reach is not limited by city limits or who wants to drive here for a session. It’s also crazy fun to know that in a tiny town of barely 1000 souls, someone can get cranial electrical stimulation therapy or a laser facial, or a custom frequency patch. You can’t buy an organic apple in my hometown, but you can get advanced quantum level therapy.

What keeps me going?

Helping my daughter resolve an earache/infection overnight while we were traveling. Seeing a 20-year-old with lupus go 30 days nearly pain free for the first time in years. Hearing about a client’s blood sugar levels coming back into range without any medication or diet changes. Stories of cysts disappearing in days, and vertigo resolving and not coming back. Even my own story of overcoming financial hurdles as a single mom with supportive frequencies and a business model that is not like any others out there. My business name is Life Getz Better. In college people would tease me about Mindi gets her way, or other silly things. I had never thought of my last name that way but when I considered naming my business, I wanted to convey the belief that life is not a diagnosis and it can, indeed, get better.
