Hi Michelle , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
After working with my mother-in-law for ten years, she was prepared to retire, so I purchased the company and converted it from her garage into a retail store with aspirations to become bigger and better for my clients. I now have a storefront in Liberty, which has undergone a complete makeover to create a better environment for Frame It’s customers and partners.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of my biggest obstacles was time. When I first purchased the company, I only had a few weeks to find a location and move all of the necessary equipment into the storefront, so that there would be a seamless move for the clients that transferred over. When I took over the business, I was still working my full-time job, so time management became a top priority to continue my full-time job while learning how to manage a business.

We’ve been impressed with Frame It LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
In the past, structures used to be built with beauty and creativity in mind. Now many buildings look identical and were constructed through methods of convenience and cheaper prices. Frame It brings back the character that has been lost in today’s architecture, we allow people to create a unique and beautiful space that is just for them through our custom picture framing. Frame It LLC specializes in custom picture framing, but it goes so much further beyond that. We have opened a gallery in our store to spotlight local artists and give them a space to have their work discovered. In addition, Frame It LLC recently developed an online store, so that our clients can purchase custom framing in the comfort of their own home. What sets Frame It LLC apart from other businesses is our ability to create completely custom pieces, we offer any color, design, and style that is requested from our clients.

How do you think about happiness?
What makes me happiest is seeing the look on our client’s faces when they see the final product of their art being brought to life. It gives me fulfillment knowing that my clients are curating the perfect space for them, like I have been able to do for myself.
