Rejuvv’s story is one of passion, growth, and dedication to helping people become the best versions of themselves. Founded by Kasey White in 2021, Rejuvv began as a small, one-room office just outside Warrensburg, Missouri, but quickly grew due to the demand for its services. Kasey, a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) since 2017, spent time in both internal medicine and the ER before transitioning into the aesthetic world. This shift allowed her to combine her love for helping people with her desire to provide a more personalized, rejuvvenating experience.

Now, Rejuvv is a full service luxury medical spa with five locations across Missouri and Kansas, including Warrensburg, Clinton, Sedalia, Marshall, and the newest addition in Overland Park, Kansas. The spa continues to expand its offerings, helping clients feel better and look their best. Rejuvv’s commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction makes it a standout in the medical spa industry.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road to building a successful med spa definitely hasn’t been smooth. I learned there are a lot of moving parts involved, and many struggles come up along the way:

I’ve learned trust is crucial. It can be a challenge to establish a reputation, especially when you’re new. Clients need to feel safe and confident in the services you offer, whether it’s skincare, injectables, or body treatments. Gaining trust takes time, and word-of-mouth can be slow at first.

Hiring skilled and reliable professionals, whether they’re aestheticians or nurses is essential. A med spa’s success hinges on the expertise and quality of its staff, but finding and retaining talented employees can be challenging, especially as demand and competition grows.

Marketing is key to attracting clients, but it’s not always easy to stand out in such a competitive field. Social media, online reviews, and building a loyal customer base are all part of the process. Getting people to return for follow up treatments is just as important as getting them in the door in the first place and that’s where I think we stand out against our competition. We try to provide a luxurious experience combined with a small town family vibe.

In aesthetics, results aren’t always instantaneous, and not everyone may be happy with their outcomes. Managing expectations and ensuring open communication with clients about what they can realistically expect is important to maintaining satisfaction and we strive to set the standard for customer satisfaction and open door communication, even after business hours.

In the med spa world, there are often conferences, workshops, and networking events. Attending these can be a great way to meet potential mentors and build relationships with others in the industry. While I didn’t exactly have a mentor in the beginning, I have had the privilege of meeting many good professionals along the way both in and out of the med spa world that have helped me along my journey. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to guide and mentor new aestheticians and injectors into the esthetic world from job shadowing to hands on training with my own staff and I find it is such a rewarding position to be in. The best advice I can offer is “don’t give up” and keep asking until you get the help you need.
