Hi K., please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My story didn’t begin with a business plan it began with grief.
After losing my parents and my husband’s parents, I found myself searching for a way to hold onto their memories in a way that felt meaningful and lasting. What started as a personal need to preserve and honor their legacy slowly turned into something bigger than I could have imagined.
In the midst of that pain, my faith became my foundation. God gave me the vision and the strength to create not just for myself, but for others who were navigating their own moments of loss, love, and remembrance. What I thought was just a way to cope was actually purpose being revealed.
As I continued to grow, learn, and trust the process, that purpose evolved into Dopelee Prezzed by S a brand centered around legacy, storytelling, and intentional design. Every piece I create is rooted in the belief that memories deserve to be seen, honored, and carried forward.
Today, I understand that this journey was never just about me. It was about walking in what God placed inside of me and using it to serve others.
And I’m still walking in that purpose every day.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I don’t believe any journey is ever completely smooth and mine hasn’t been either.
There have been challenges, moments of uncertainty, and lessons that didn’t always feel easy in the moment. But I don’t view those experiences as setbacks. I see them as necessary parts of growth.
Every obstacle carried a lesson. Every difficult season helped shape my perspective, strengthen my faith, and refine my purpose. I’ve learned that growth requires discomfort you don’t evolve without experiencing some level of pain.
So, while the road hasn’t been smooth, it has been intentional. And through it all, I’ve remained covered.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
Over the next five to ten years, I believe the industry will continue to shift toward deeper personalization and more meaningful, story driven experiences. People are moving away from surface level products and looking for connection, intention, and something that truly represents their lives and memories.
At the same time, my approach is not rooted in chasing trends or trying to predict the future. I move with faith and intention. I trust God to guide my steps, and I allow that direction to shape how I grow, create, and expand.
Because of that, I focus less on where the industry is going and more on how I am called to serve within it. As long as I remain aligned, obedient, and intentional, I know the right opportunities, ideas, and growth will follow.
In the years ahead, I see the work continuing to deepen in purpose, creating experiences that are not only personalized, but meaningful, lasting, and rooted in legacy.
