Hi Edward, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a first-generation American, born in Brooklyn, New York. My family immigrated here in 1992 from the Republic of Georgia, and I am also Armenian. My family moved to North Kansas City when I was 5 years old. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia in International Studies. I was intrigued by the future of innovative technology and geopolitics. I decided to focus on Web3, which includes digital assets and the crypto market, in 2017, teaching myself the value of finance and making my first investment in XRP in 2018. I decided to double down and pursue a Master’s in Science degree in Blockchain and Digital Currencies from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. This degree was the first and the only one in the world at the time (still may be). I finished it online as I was working as a remote Business Analyst in October 2023. In the Summer of May 2022. I believed in the future that this technology would be like the new internet and that eventually it would go mainstream once proper regulations came out and other larger companies began to give the market attention. It turns out I was correct.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As a self-starter and someone who has always valued hard work, it would be a lie if I said it was always easy-peasy. I have made many mistakes, and I have learned from those. If you never try, you will never find out if what you are trying to do is even possible. Most people thought I was crazy and still probably think so. Being an entrepreneur is not for everyone, but if you have the passion and discipline to move forward with your vision and purpose, then I truly believe anything is possible, along with faith in God.
As someone who is naturally extroverted, compassionate, and a good listener, I have fortunately been able to connect with the right people in Kansas City and around the country who have helped me along this fascinating journey. I am very grateful to everyone who has shared bits of their wisdom with me. The hardest struggle is knowing you are not always alone and that people are willing to help you if you find the courage to ask for it. Finding those people you can trust is always a difficult road for many entrepreneurs, I think. Of course, I had to learn a lot along the way, reading many books, watching podcasts, and teaching myself technical courses, and I am still learning. If you are not willing to learn or consider taking criticism from others, then you will not make it very far as an entrepreneur, because I believe the key to success is to be willing to constantly learn. As an individual, you have to need it, not want it.

I founded my company, CryptoGnosis, which stands for crypto knowledge, inspired by Greek culture. At the time and until this day, we focus on assisting individuals with understanding how blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies can help benefit them and their businesses, from complex jargon to how to set up their personal private cold wallet, or where to even start. Strategic consulting in blockchain implementation & education. I have also had many fraud victims where we assist them in filing reports about their unique situations. In the Kansas City area, I am beginning to be considered an expert in the field of blockchain and DeFi (Decentralized Finance).
In March of 2025, I had a unique idea and invented a new system and method, the Critical Resource Mineral Stablecoin (CRMS), a blockchain-based enterprise solution to enhance mineral redemption, liquidity, and ESG compliance in the critical minerals sector for our national security. This has been my focus for the last few months as a founder, trying to get our company off the ground. What sets this service apart is that I am a first mover. No one has yet created a system like this that combines the innovative blockchain technology industry with the critical mineral mining/energy industries. A real B2B solution. I am proud to say that I have helped around 22 (per Google reviews) individuals in the KC area who valued the knowledge I shared with them to help them along their journeys or troubled experiences. I truly enjoy helping others understand this new digital era and bringing social awareness to how it works. We offer 1:1 consulting, educational lectures for enterprises on custom use cases, speaking at events or lectures, and assisting in strategic advising for start-ups or small businesses.
We hope to one day be able to help the energy transition by providing the B2B solution – CRMS as a digital asset for mining companies and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This can range from energy and industrial to automotive and electronics. Starting here in Missouri and growing to assist the entire country and world.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I think innovative technologies will continue to converge in the future. Allowing further opportunity and growth. Regarding blockchain technology, I believe it is the future of finance and will be innovating multiple industries as it already is now. It will exponentially grow, and I believe the Stablecoin market will go from 250 billion total market capitalization to at least 500 billion by 2030. I think that real-world assets will be further tokenized and bring global economic value to instant trade and redemption of resources. It will allow for more transparency and an accountable way for us to trust each other.
With robotics, the assistance of A.I., the Internet of Things (IoT), and even augmented & virtual reality. I believe the future is full of innovation and disruptive growth. I also believe that with every disruption, there is truly an opportunity to be creative and participate in the future creation of possible solutions to humanity’s problems. I do think we need to be careful with how far we go along with A.I. and Robotics, as once the two converge (singularity), it will be interesting to see how disruptive it may be. Even if they save us time and solve many of our problems, we should consider how that may impact us 5-8 years from now if we are not already doing so at our universities.
