Exploring Life & Business with Wenny Grant of The Spa House LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Wenny Grant.

Hi Wenny, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I wanted to share a bit about my background and the philosophy behind my practice as a Holistic Spa Therapist.

I immigrated from Indonesia to Kansas City in 2010. Although my degree is in Business Management, I spent half of my life in the music industry. My personal wellness journey began in 2018 after a life-changing event. This transition was inspired by a desire to show my daughter that it is never too late to prioritize ourselves, live authentically, and start anew.

Today, my work is rooted in the belief that we all matter and deserve self-care. I hold a dual license in Esthetics from Johnson County Community College and am a Licensed Massage Therapist through Wellspring Allied Health. Additionally, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2018 along with Reiki practitioner.

My intention is to co-create a wellness experience with you through nurturing touch, helping you slow down, remain present, and cultivate gratitude. My facial and massage therapy sessions blend traditional Eastern modalities with modern technology. I offer specialized treatments such as Dermaplane Facial, Guasha,Himalayan salt stone massage, body cupping, Hydrodermabrasion Facial, oxygen infusion, and Holistic sessions like the Heart Chakra Facial and many more.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your wellness journey.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road to success is beautiful to me because it requires constant adaptation, adjustment, and resilience. Through this journey, I have learned so much about myself, allowing my heart ,heart and dream to guide me. My ultimate goal is for my art and true intentions to be felt during each of our sessions and encourage other people to do the same.

I am truly grateful to all the people, places, and circumstances that have shaped who I am today. Thank you for sharing your friends and family with me, and for trusting me with your care across all of my services—whether it is a facial, massage therapy, bodywork, or a yoga class. I am deeply grateful and honored.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
