Today we’d like to introduce you to MIke Farag
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My Story (So Far)
I used to live in clean lines.
I wore the corporate badge. Built the resume. Said all the right things. Did all the expected stuff.
From the outside, everything looked solid—successful, strategic, safe.
But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes. Siloed. Fragmented. Numb.
Then the shaking came.
Divorce.
A slow fall from a carefully built perch.
The end of the corporate path I thought was my forever thing.
Everything I thought made me… me… unraveled.
But in that unraveling, God didn’t walk away. He got closer.
That season drew me nearer to Him than I’d ever been.
And out of that brokenness, something new got built.
Not a rebound. A resurrection.
I started Fervor not just to create a business, but to build something with purpose—something that helps others uncover their “why” and live it out boldly.
I stepped into fatherhood.
Remarried a woman I don’t deserve.
Became a man who isn’t afraid to mix faith and business, heart and hustle, ministry and marketing.
This is my stained glass era.
Not perfect. But honest.
Not polished. But surrendered.
Not playing it safe. Playing it real.
And now?
I’m on a mission to serve leaders, brands, and causes that matter—with a team that believes in doing work that actually means something.
This is the story so far.
The rest? Still being written.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I hit it in the stuff before. But by far my divorce was personally hard. The second, deciding to make Fervor focus on Faith-based organizations, especially nonprofits. This ain’t for the faint of heart.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Fervor is a strategic marketing firm that helps purpose-driven organizations clarify who they are and amplify the impact they make. We go beyond tactics—starting with identity, audience, and messaging—because real growth starts with knowing who you are and who you’re for.
We work with nonprofits and faith-driven businesses committed to making a difference. From brand strategy and positioning to campaigns, websites, and creative execution, we partner with clients who are ready to align their team, reach their audience, and move their mission forward.
At Fervor, marketing isn’t just about getting noticed—it’s about telling the truth. When your organization has clarity, your audience connects. When your message resonates, momentum follows. That’s the kind of impact we’re here to build.
Any big plans?
We’re in a season of clarity and momentum at Fervor. We just released our book, Marketing with Fervor, which captures the framework we’ve used for years to help purpose-driven organizations grow with integrity. That’s a big milestone—and it’s just the beginning.
Looking ahead, we’re leaning into growth—but not just for growth’s sake. We’re expanding our reach with nonprofits and businesses who are serious about aligning their brand to their mission. We’re also investing in our team and systems to serve our clients at a higher level and with more creativity than ever before.
At a personal level, I’m focused on leading with intention—more speaking, more writing, and more space to invest in the kind of work and relationships that matter. We’re not chasing change for the sake of it, but we’re wide open to what’s next. If it leads to deeper impact and more truth-telling through marketing, we’re in.
