Exploring Life & Business with Jeff Soule of Fittis Espresso

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeff Soule.

Hi Jeff, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a northland native, have 4 wonderful children ages ranging from 18yrs old-4 yrs old, lol! My wife and I moved to Platte City 7ish years ago. I was working at Ford but it wasn’t enough, I wanted more and wanted to be more involved in the community I grew up in and love!

My siblings and I grew up in the original Fitti’s Espresso! For almost a decade between 1993 and 2003, my mom and her twin sister owned and operated the first Fitti’s Espresso; the first drive-thru coffee shop east of the Rockies.

The time I spent with my family at Fitti’s is indescribable and my experience there helped shape me into the same man who joined the Marine Corps after high school. When my wife and I discussed the possibility of creating our own memories while continuing a family tradition we knew that it was a perfect fit!

So many members of our family have been involved from inception until the present day and other than a few bumps along the road, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was a long process with lots of challenges but it was all worth it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
Fittis Espresso is a unique coffee; our service and vibe will grab your attention while the fresh pastries, a breakfast burrito with gravy, and the Italian Roasted espresso will turn you into a lifelong customer!

We have over 21 specialty flavors and can make special combinations of coffee; dark chocolate coconut is my favorite. We are kid-friendly, serving Hawaiian Shaved Ice year-round. *10% discounts for military and first responders!
