Hi Andrea, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The KC Juke House was established 2007, by my father Benny Shelby. I worked beside him until 2012 when retired.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Definitely, not smooth. In the restaurant/bar business there are always slow periods, however, 2020 had the most negative impact on the business having to reduce hours, close etc.
