Hi Linda, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
The BariGirls are the support team after weight loss surgery. We are a mother/daughter duo who both had surgical weight loss 17 and 11 years ago. The BariGirls provide guidance through healthy recipes, one on one consulting, cooking demonstrations, exercise and healthy living tips. We help everyone from childhood obesity to Type 1 diabetics to build structure, disciple and consistency to help individuals for a lifetime. We offer a multiple of products to help in this journey as well as hold workshops and provide ongoing support via consulting and educational seminars. All of our products are made to ensure success in their journey.
Our determination to collaborate with companies that also want to help the masses to a healthier lifestyle is our passion. our determination to help others learn about food, make healthy choices as well as ways to promote our motto of love

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has been difficult to find businesses and companies to put the value their business and of their employees first. We are still trying to find those collaborations.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
We both work in the medical field and see the need for our services even more so. We are proud of keeping the weight off and as a Type 1 diabetic, Linda has been able to stave off diabetic complications which is a win being a 30 year diabetic.
Our passion for what we do sets us apart. We know our stuff!
If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
Kiley has always had an outgoing personality and very driven to help people. Linda was a quiet wallflower and into drawing.
