Hi Antonio (L-Moe) , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My passion for the craft of music started when I was 13 years old. After school every day I’d walk to a store by the name of Quigley Music Studios located at 7800 Troost ave In Kansas City, Mo.
After saving I would be able to purchase my first Drum Machine. That same drum machine would teach me about MIDI & Synthesis, that’s when the light bulb flashed before my eyes! The joy I would experience from wanting to learn more about this beat thing would eventually turn into inquiries from local Artists.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to success is never easy. It is generally paved with obstacles and failures that people rarely talk about. Achieving significant goals requires resilience, continuous learning, and the discipline to push through challenges. The route is very unpredictable, requiring the ability to pivot and adapt to new circumstances.
Closed roads involve detours, Gps devices sometimes reroute and gives us a different estimated time of arrival.
Moving to Los Angeles 5 times, Selling my Drum Machine & various other things to make rent and all the other daily sacrifices to say the least. Darkness will eventually turn into light which makes it more tolerable to keep traveling toward your destination.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a Music Producer that specializes in what ever feels good in that present moment. I specialize in sound selection, beat making & composition i’m also addicted to Analog Synthesizers real bad!
I’m most proud of the people that push me to become a better human being, my children! Hip hop, Pop, R&B I love it all and the feeling that comes with it.
What sets me apart from others is my mindset. If I want it bad enough I’ll obtain it, with or without you!
