Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Reimund and Taylor Wittig.

Hi Sarah and Taylor, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Two women with extensive skincare knowledge, passion, and a dream to do business the way we think it should be done. From the moment you step into There (S)he Glows Beauty Bar, it is a judgment-free zone. We pride ourselves in being honorable, honest, and committed to having our client’s best interest at heart.

After a combined 10+ years in the beauty industry, it was time to move on to bigger and better things. Experience is one of the most important attributes of this ever-changing beauty industry we are all constantly learning about. Spending years at the feet of industry professionals and paying our dues to get to the point we are at now.

As well as taking it upon ourselves to stay continually educated and up to date with all things beauty.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
We could start with the obvious.. opening a brand new business, in the middle of a global pandemic thats been going on for almost two years now.

However, one of the most challenging things about opening a business, any type, is the lack of support and encouragement from some (by no means all) fellow beauty professionals we have worked closely beside for all these years. Professionals/mentors, who you look(ed) up to, suddenly not willing to even send you positive thoughts or encouraging words on your dreams.

That only fueled us to work harder and we are so thankful for the outpouring of community support as well as support from family and friends.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Esthetician is defined as: “A person who specializes in the beautification of the skin.” To us, it is so much more than that. Inner beauty is a direct reflection on outer beauty, and we want everyone to shine.. or should we say GLOW inside and out.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
If you’re happy, healthy, and love what you’re doing every single day, to us that is a success. Anything coming after that is a blessing that we are forever grateful for.
