Conversations with Molly Niemczyk

Today we’d like to introduce you to Molly Niemczyk.

Hi Molly, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
While living in Hawaii, a love for nature and yoga expanded within me. After a 200hr yoga teacher training, I began teaching in Kansas City. The passion continues to expand with each class I teach, each student that smiles with pride talking to me about how they conquered a pose they never thought possible, and each savasana I witness yogis floating away into a state of complete peace.

Park yoga was my humble beginning in Kansas City. Posting on Instagram and gathering yogi’s for donation based yoga at Penn Valley Park. People loved it. It grew. That idea turned into a large scale vision of a yoga retreat. 2023 was the first “Ground & Green” Yoga retreat. This year we will have the second retreat in the same beautiful spot on the coast of the Dominican Republic.

I began teaching at resorts globally alongside leading retreats, gathering more clients. The journey continues to unfold.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The struggles have been getting in front of the right crowd and further giving the confidence to the crowd who thinks it’s not for them. A few yoga classes, and I promise you will be hooked.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My yoga specialty is a Vinyasa style — a constant flow of movement providing space for breathwork and a long restful savasana. The in between is the unpredictable portion that challenges. During classes, I provide a time for play with peak poses. Advanced postures push student boundaries and are simply fun!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
People may not know that I am a full time real estate agent as well!
