Today we’d like to introduce you to Joshua Rose

Hi Joshua, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was on a Family legacy journey searching for successful families in all the areas my wife and I want to grow.
In our FAITH, FAMILY, FITNESS, FINANCE, and FUTURE goals.
I have met a lot of families and individuals who are successful in 1 or maybe 2 of the areas, but I was searching for people that were growing in all the areas that I wanted to grow in.

On this journey I ran into this this book called “Becoming your Own Banker” by Nelson Nash. This book really challenged my thinking initially, and actually made me mad bc I thought it was scam!
Long story short it made me a believer and my wife and I started using the strategy to invest in Real Estate.

While on my Real Estate journey, I continued to educate myself and share the message of “Infinite Banking” with everyone. While I was attending one of many conferences i ran into an Infinite Banking group, Factum Financial and set up a meeting with their leadership.

When they told me their business values (Life involves 5 areas) and I saw the vision for the future, it was one of those signs from God that you were waiting for.

I dropped everything else I was pursuing and went all in on teaching Families to keep more of their money and build a legacy by building your own banking system.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Absolutely not.
Although I had the passion and the vision to help change peoples lives, I had to create a new identity for myself in my new business. On top of that Im working from home watching 3 kids, 3 and under. My oldest is 4 now.

Obstacles are a part of business, and life really. When teaching this process it takes time for people to understand so we focus on educational content that aligns with the message that Nelson Nash teaches in his book.

We are a Leadership Company that sells Whole Life insurance and teaches the Infinite Banking Concept.

We believe life includes 5 areas, SPIRITUAL, PERSONAL, FAMILY, FINANCIAL, OCCUPATIONAL.
If you want to be successful, you should be growing in all 5 areas of life.

We specialize in the Financial area, and the only reason to be successful financially is to fund the other areas in life.

We finance everything in life,
we either finance and pay interest, or we pay cash and give up the interest we could have earned (opportunity cost).

If you change 1 thing (Where you keep your money)
Not only will you be able to capture every dollar that flows through your hand; you will drastically change the trajectory of your families future for generations to come, and thrive in the 5 areas of life that are important to you.

What do you like and dislike about the city?
This is my 3rd year living in KC, so I cant say im an expert, but I have been coming here 1-2x/year since 2013.

The love the BBQ culture! Ive definitely leveled up my skills since moving here.
I love the diversity of the people and the spiritual communities we’re involved in.
I love the mountain bike trails too! I do that a lot!

As far as least? I would have to say the lakes (or the lack there of). Coming from Minnesota, its hard to beat what we got up there, so no hard feelings. We like the longer summers down here and the difference in culture.
