Today we’d like to introduce you to Jill Posch.

Hi Jill, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself
I was a newly single mom of three who had just escaped an abusive marriage. I needed a way to support my kids and myself. I had previously owned different cleaning business with a friend years ago in Lawton, OK.

After relocating to Wichita, KS, the logical solution was to restart my business there as ICT Quality Clean and it has been going strong for several years now. With the support of an awesome person in my life, I have since expanded to the Kansas City metropolitan area as KC Quality Clean and have added professional carpet cleaning to my services.

I love that my passion and expertise give people more time to enjoy themselves with their friends and family. My future business goal is to hire women in difficult situations and help give them a way out.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been challenging to balance work with raising teenagers.

There is also fear and uncertainty with being a small business and relying solely on that for income. Covid has also presented a few hiccups.

Luckily, I have some amazing kids and clients who have helped me grow and succeed through it all.

We are an eco-friendly residential and professional carpet cleaning service.

We use environmentally conscious products that are safe for people and pets. We love this community and give back to it whenever possible.

We offer unique services such as donation pick up and delivery, free carpet cleaning giveaways for those in need and every new customer receives fresh flowers to brighten their day.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
Trust.

There is a great amount of trust that goes into allowing someone into your home. Trust can be priceless. I pride my business on being trustworthy and I hold it up to a very high standard.
