Community Highlights: Meet Jenna Fujii of FIT Mama by Fujii

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jenna Fujii. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Jenna Fujii is the founder of FIT Mama by Fujii and has created a space in Kansas City for Mamas to connect and find community. Jenna suffered from postpartum anxiety after her first born and turned to a Mama & Me newborn support group that saved her mental health through community, friendship, and fitness. 

After moving to KC four months postpartum from California she knew she had to create that space again so all Mamas feel seen and heard. Jenna has helped hundreds of local Mamas feel like themselves again after becoming Mothers. FIT Mama offers Mama & Me Newborn Series, Stroller FIT classes, and Bootcamps to meet you at every stage. 

Jenna loves hiking and paddle boarding with her husband Andrew and two kids Roland and Freya. She brews her own kombucha, loves to try out new plant-based recipes, and checking out local breweries. Some of Jenna’s greatest accomplishments were two unmedicated births, tackling breastfeeding, and running two half marathons. 

Jenna has been training and coaching women since 2005. She has her Master’s in Education specializing in Health and Wellness, she is an AFPA certified personal trainer, and level 1 prenatal yoga instructor.
